During the second week in June, the area hosts a motorcycle rally and the atmosphere for this week is best suited for adults. Trailer parking is only allowed in the designated trailer parking lot. Space may be limited and is on a first come, first served basis. If an RV or trailer is found within the community parking lot, it may be towed at the owneru2019s expense without warning.
Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.

Our air-conditioned units have a patio or balcony and two televisions. The two-bedroom units sleep up to six guests with a queen bed, 2 twin beds, a sleep sofa in the living room and two bathrooms. The three-bedroom units sleep up to eight guests with a queen bed, 2 twin beds, twin-sized bunk bed, a sleep sofa in the living room, and two bathrooms. Pets are NOT allowed. Office hours are Sunday through Friday from 9 am until 5 pm. We are in and out on Saturdays, but there is a drop slot on the front door of the office for you to return your room keys if you are checking out on Saturday. We will be in the office at the normal check-out time of 10 am on Sunday. Check-in is on Sunday between 4 pm and 5 pm and early check-in is not offered. If you anticipate arriving after 5 pm, please call (603) 366-4878 or email info@vwtoa.com for the lockbox code to retrieve your room key.
