A parlor unit connects directly to another unit with a bedroom door as a divider. This standard hotel size unit (270 sq. ft.) has limited amenities. We offer a mini refrigerator, coffee pot, place settings for two, small dining table, a TV with DVD player, a king size bed, and a large bathroom with a shower stall and hot tub. This unit does not have a kitchen, or stove top, nor a microwave and is not permitted to have one. The shared patio area has a semi-private hot tub that is shared with your neighbor.
